Cent staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and gracious. The loan and car buying process is the easiest and quickest ever, with loan rates great and easy to work with. Members are able to set up a savings account, get an auto loan that covers the price of a new car even with a credit score in the 500s, pay off credit card debt, and set up for success. Mortgage home improvement loans are professional and responsive to questions and needs. Staff are fair, take care of members, and have a positive attitude, always takes time to explain any questions without wasting time. Anyone feel time is wasted. Highly recommend Cent for all financial needs and goals.
Taylor was awesome! This was my first time financing a car, so I was sort of a pain in the butt, but she was incredibly patient and explained everything to me so I could completely understand. Because of her, we were able to get a car we absolutely love!

Wonderful credit union! Great employees that genuinely care about their customers. I had an issue with my account being compromised by a credit card servicing company and Cent took care of everything immediately to protect my account. Highly recommend.

I have banked with Cent since I was a child. Even when I lived in other states, I always kept my accounts at Cent. They are fair and take care of their members. Best bank in North Iowa.Their loan rates are great and they are easy to work with.
