“I will say US bank is interesting. This branch is ok. New customer and so far great service Normally I do not visit banks I prefer online services. They made me feel like I don’t measure to their standards I was dressed in sweats pants and top . My day off and it is 10 degrees outside. Not all wealthy people look fancy. Don’t judge a book by its cover.”
