I stay with CVS for all of my pharmaceutical needs. They are fast, efficient and always friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue with cost - if there has been a price increase, they always check into it to find out what is going on, and how they can remedy it. I feel like they've got my back!

Absolutely terrible communication from night employees. Called to ask if I could come in and get a vaccine. I was on hold for over 25 minutes. Then I was told as long as I was in by 7pm I could. I drove from out of town, got there at 6:50 and was told they don't do vaccines 30 minutes before closing, then two minutes later the lady insinuated they don't even do vaccines an hour before closing. I asked if the other employees knew this, because it wasn't what was said on the phone. Lady was rude and dismissive at the counter. Also I have gotten vaccines 20 minutes before closing time in the past two years.
Edit: Was able to get the vaccine at a different pharmacy the next morning. Found out from them I'm not the only one this has happened to.

Horrible customer service on the phone! Maybe teach your employees to say thank you or goodbye instead of hanging up on people! My previous review was a 5 star obviously you have some new employees.

Lisa is exceptional in the Pharmacy. She always has a smile on her face and very knowledgeable with whatever questions you may have for her!

Horrible phone service. Brad is rude and unprofessional. He continuously talked over me refusing to listen or help. Then told me he knew what I was going to say and that's why he didn't listen. He then hung up on me when I had to raise my voice a bit to try to get him to stop talking over me and listen. I needed help and he just wanted to hear his own voice. Had to call corporate to get help finally.

Place sucks I ran late cause of health issues and I needed my diabetic meds but they were to worried to close up and leave... So now i have to go without til later tomorrow... hope nothing happens.. I got there just at 7:01

CVS at Target in Mason City has an Angel named Tammy in the Pharmacy that gets you through the line when you are in a hurry, helps you find discounts on prescriptions & handles problems with ease! If you are having a bad day, Tammy can turn it around for you!

Great pharmacy! I was here twice today and saw Britta go out of her way to help two customers with issues that had nothing to do with her and also helped me get my much needed prescription that had be sent to the wrong pharmacy.

I love my Mason City CVS. The techs and pharmacists not only go above and beyond to find the best prices for me on all my meds, but they gladly do it with a smile on their face. All of employees are very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. 5 star service without a doubt!
