I overheard an employee in Customer Service talking politics and references to people being "Trumpsters" Regardless of your political views, this is inappropriate conversation for the workplace in front of the public. They didn't know I heard them, but I heard WAY more than they would have wanted me to hear.

Love our Kohl's! Great discounts and a good variety of merchandise. Everyone is friendly and very helpful when needed! Returns are simple. Do miss the price check areas that they removed! Love shopping there!

Ari at register was GREAT, so helpful & courteous. Dani, from the back able to find what I was looking for- thank you!! Both these gals deserve a “shout out” for their helpfulness & going above & beyond for me. Both should be recognized as valued employees.

Kris, at checkout,was very helpful and courteous. I had forgotten my kohl's card & she completed my transaction with a few quick steps. Very efficient!

Very clean store, uncluttered aisles. Wide variety of merchandise. Affordable prices, discounts, Kohl's cash rewards. Excellent customer service by the cashier!! She actually seemed to love her job & helping customers which is very rare these days. Mason City, IA Store. Cashier Mikayla goes over & beyond!! My second visit with her & she was so friendly & positive both visits. Older ladies in Customer Service return department was a totally different story. Debated on who would check me out after processing my return. I said, never mind I will go to the cashier at the front of store. I was the only person standing there & had 3 items to ring up. Both seemed totally put out to have to ring my sale.

Customers be alert to the fact that your 30% coupons are not going to be good on all the items they used to be. You must read the fine print and even then you won’t really find out what qualifies until it has been rung up. Will definitely effect my future shopping at Kohl’s.
