Not helpful at all.. get the runaround I need to call customer service customer service doesn't need to talk to my T-Mobile store and it's never ending. Customer service was very rude and not helpful at all.. I switch back to Verizon

I have had metro for many years. I have been pretty happy with them until this past 6 months or so. I never seem to get my phone calls or messages and I use data up like crazy!!! Oh wait it’s not Metros fault it’s the people who think it’s okay to hack into my phone. Guess what METRO HAS MY BACK SO GO HACK YOURSELF.
