“Rick in the automotive department is a hero. I was on a business trip from southern Illinois and had to catch a flight in Minneapolis when the new truck I was delivering started acting up. I knew what the issue was and called ahead and explained my situation. From the time I parked, to the time I left with my truck fixed, Rick had me back on the road in literally 10 minutes. I made my flight, closed my sale, and made a friend. I'll never forget the amazing service and wish there was something more I could do.
