“This place is outstanding! I had our jeep repaired after a hit and run accident and they did a great job! SARA is the best to work with, she goes out of her way to make thing smooth. One part was on back order and took some time to get, but no fault of ABRA. When we got the car back the body shop cleaned the inside and washed it!!! If you want a great repair done and need a loaner car this is the place!!! See Sara and you will get outstanding customer service. Thank you to the techs that repaired our car also!!!!”
“Excellent customer service, friendly knowledgeable staff, who were quick to diagnose and service the car. Reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend!! (FYI... I don't give out many 5stars, but this was well deserved!)”
“March 7th 2026
I came in from out of town to visit family, MARK in the automotive center helped me out right away, and was very helpful! It was a Saturday morning. Very cold out as well! Thank you!! Please give him a shout out!!!✌🏼”
“Definitely recommend this auto body shop. Took my car in for some minor paint blemishes and it came out great. They also did it in a timely manner and are very reliable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in Muscatine.”
“5 stars for Jeremy and Zack for being helpful. When we first came in, Sergio and Dillion recommended us here suggesting staff was great and helpful. Well, Cindy was not. She was very rude. My boyfriend, 4 year old and myself have traveled from Michigan and unfortunately my serpentine belt came lose. We just needed help with getting it tighted and Cindy insisted she or no one could help. Well she left and I went back inside and now Zack is helping us get back on the rd. We are so grateful for the good helpful people here. Hopefully Cindy can learn about some compassion for strangers and helping in time of need because you never know what people are going through.”
“They know their parts. Other parts stores have kids that do not have the knowledge or experience and can only look up parts using a computer. Arnold's staff are incredibly helpful and efficient.”
“Excellent service! I'm new in town and was a bit nervous and unsure about where to take my truck for repairs. The crew here was very knowledgable, respectful, and professional. The speed of service was unreal, compared to my old city. I'm very happy with the work done on my truck. Thanks Ed Morse Collision Center.”

“I was very happy with the service at the Muscatine store with getting a new tire for my car. I highly recommend purchasing the road hazard warranty for your tires.. new tires aren't cheap and things happen out of our control while driving. Because if that warranty, that I never thought I would have to use, the new tire, getting rid of the damaged one and having the new one put on was FREE! Thank you! Kelly”
“Full audio system replacement (head unit, speakers and subwoofer): Concept email to complete in under a week, came in under the initial estimate, sounds amazing and looks very clean. First big project I've done with you guys and I couldn't be happier, much appreciation to Aron and the ACC Crew”
“I drove out to oreillys to pick up an oil cap for my wife’s car. When I went to leave, I noticed I blew a break line. So I went back in to get one. Thank god they had one. I wanted to patch it up and fix it when I got home because I was lacking tools. One of the gentleman that worked there, came out and changed it for me. I don’t remember his name but it was an older guy. I was very grateful.”
“Jim stays up to date on the market and customer needs. Is best in class in customer service. Sweetland Trailer offers the best quality trailers around and for an affordable price. Parts and service available here as well. The mobile sheds they offer are quality builds too!”
“Replaced flat tire with brand new mounted and balanced Tire for $62 tax included. They did a wonderful job right before the storm hit and I would recommend these guys highly.”
