The reps here have no idea what they are doing. They screwed up my account when we were simply trying to replace a phone. They tried to make us carry a whole extra line for a month. Then they dropped us from our netflix and disney plans we had been on for months.

"Sales representative " was completely distracted with his coworkers and did not assist with pretty much anything. They were unable to provide the label for the exchanged phone. Even with that any other store I have been to has always taken the exchange, packed it, and shipped it making the experience even more seemless. Maybe retrain the sale reps here and adopt some other stores policies to help those who actually come into the store experience actual customer service. Very upsetting and will not be returning to this store. Bad taste has been left due to such upsetting experience. Phone is great though, works well just wish the customer service was better as that is why I go to the store.

The wait can be long. They hv several phones on site to check out & test. When you are helped. They try very hard to help answer any questions. Parking us a lil limited but usual a place to park. Located in the strip mall. THIS IS ONLY A SALES OFFICE. THE ABILITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NEAR NEGLIGENT. THEY CHARGE FOR SWAPPING INFO FROM PHONE TO PHONE. & ACTIVATION WHICH YOU CAN DO @ HOME. Save yourself 75$.

We walked in on a whim to explore new phone options. Payton was very patient and helpful, open and honest with all the options available, and spent a long time with us answering all our questions and getting us hooked up with just what we needed and wanted, and scored us the best deal we could get. He and the rest of the staff went above and beyond and truly put the customer first with the time they spent with us.

There is literally no point in having this store other than going in to be able to look and size up a phone other than an online picture. No customer service skills whatsoever. Never a greeting, zero eye contact, no help. Always suggestions of using the Verizon app or being told you can go online to shop etc. It's 2022, I am aware. Sometimes it's the instant gratification of buying in the store people are excited for. Do better.

The employees here are friendly and check all possible options to get you the best deal. Verizon is also the only service that I get a consistent network with and have tried them all. Loyal customer for over 7 years and won't be going anywhere!
