“I went to this place recommended to me by my grandparents. When I originally went in they had a car in the shop they were working on. I told them that I didn't have a second vehicle to be able to drop my car off and come back (I live in Ames). So they ended up squeezing me in. They pushed the other car out and put mine in for a brake change that I needed. They totally didn't have to even try and squeeze me in. I had told them I could come back some other time. But instead of letting me go they bent over backwards to get me in. Now that's real customer service! Going above and beyond and understanding my situation. The guys were super nice and told me they would call me when my car was done. They told me places that I could walk around and explore in Nevada while I was waiting. I thought my car wasn't suppose to be done until 2:00 and they called an hour earlier than they were suppose to, saying it was finished. Highly recommend these guys, they provided such exceptional service!”

“Brought my parents to town for an eye surgery and had the tire light come on as soon as we arrived at the hospital. Tried adding air at Casey's, but the pump was frozen in the 3 degree temps and I just managed to lower the pressure even more. Drove to this shop as it was the closest and explained my situation. The gentleman at the desk immediately helped me and we were able to make the almost 2hr trip back home. Thank you for the incredible service!!!”
