Signed up for the maintenance plan. They've already checked my refrigerator and furnace and told me what repairs are needed.

Brady came by the other day and was able to help me out of a bind. My AC wasn't working well, he was able to clean the coils and get the motor running again! Definitely going to recommend and have him come back out in the fall to tune up my furnace!
