“When our cat started getting sick I brought her into the clinic. I was looking for a place that had both affordability and showed they cared after a not so pleasant experience with another clinic. The ladies at reception and Dr. Kim were nothing short of amazing. With a diagnosis that wasn’t what we were hoping, they showed nothing but empathy and understanding while explaining the plan. They followed up during the next week to see how treatment was going and got us in right away when it wasn’t showing improvement. After a second round of tests Dr. Kim took the time to make sure I understood all options and costs. We ended up deciding to euthanize so she wouldn’t continue to suffer. They stayed late and got us in same day and showed us and Stella every ounce of compassion we needed. Even though this week was one of the toughest, Dr. Kim and her staff made it as easy on our family as possible and I cannot thank them enough. We will definitely be returning for our other family pets care/vaccinations as they are worth the trip from another town to know both we and our pets are in good hands and the care will be affordable.”
