“My car broke down on I-80 late at night.
A patrol officer gave me a lift to Newton, where I spent the night. I wasn’t sure where to tow it the next day, but saw great reviews on Magnum Automotive, so I chose them.
I am so happy I did! They solved an engine light problem that was related to a part that had been repeatedly replaced by 3 other mechanics, including my dealership, all within months of each other. They were kind, knowledgeable and patient in explaining the issue. They test drove it for 25 miles before handing me back my keys.
Friendly staff, shuttled me to my hotel.
Truly a port in the storm for a stranded motorist.”

“The service department is lucky to have Luke!I was on a long roadtrip through the area, had just pushed my car through a blizzard, and needed last minute help servicing my car as a result. This dealership was right along my route, so I called the service department less than 30 minutes ahead to ask if I could make a pit stop. Even with this last minute request, Luke was helpful and speedy, ensuring my car got necessary maintenance to run efficiently. Everyone was in high spirits and welcoming when we got there, and I was back on the road with a happy car shortly after.(Bonus point for the organized toy area that kept my son occupied).”

“If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I had them transport a fork lift for me and install a set of tires. So far, so good. I drove it to the local car wash to wash it and it jumped time and wouldn't run. They towed it back to their shop and stored it while I made arrangements for repairs. I was at their mercy and they treated me fantastically. It was bad luck for me but they were a tremendous help when I needed it!”
“Came in for a screw embedded in my tire, and left with information about a previously undetected problem with my caliper that could have cost me a lot down the road if left unresolved. I appreciate the extra time Mike took to explain the situation so that I could start budgeting for repairs. Really above and beyond... and the initial tire repair with the screw was super quick, with a bonus tire rotation!”
