“I had great experience with Daniel a manager at the Newton location. I came in as a US Cellular customer currently in the merger process to T-Mobile. US Cellular business customer service was not helping me due to the freeze of accounts during the transition and told me there was no solution. Daniel took the time to help me come up with options and ultimately got our issues resolved. We will be happy to support the Newton T-Mobile when we are fully switched over.”
