“I called for a tire repair & they got me in the same day. They even called & found me a used tire so that I didn’t have to buy all new tires right now. Very friendly & courteous!! I don’t usually like auto repair centers because I feel they try to take advantage of you & upsell, but that was not the case with Linder Tire Service!! I am going to use them for all my auto needs!!!”

“A shop that has great prices and not out to scam you? Check. A shop that gets work done quickly and correct? Check A shop that has workers with great attitudes and helpful each time I go here? Check This shop has to be one of the best I've interacted with in nearly a decade. I was only bringing a company car here, but plan on bringing my personal vehicles as well. Can't recommend enough!”

“Great experience with a locally owned shop that specializes in foreign vehicles. Chris the owner is kind, calm, not overbearing, no upselling and easy to schedule an appointment. All further maintenance on my VW Tiguan will be in the hands of Emmons’ shop. *And the puppies are sweet also.”

“I go back to these guys again and again! I'm not sure how or why anyone would give them 1 star! They are the most honest, kind humans and do an excellent job everytime. They never try to sell me things I don't need, and in fact, have prevented me from paying for things I don't need. (that other parts stores push on me) id give them 10 stars if I could!Services: A/C installation & repair”

“Reyes went above and beyond for my car visit. I said I would replace the spark plug if he could replace the ignition coil. Reyes ended up replacing the spark plug because it was so badly corroded. He charged me for the spark plug, but not for the labor. I greatly appreciate Reyes for doing this even though he did not have to. He also provided me with recall information just in case that would be helpful. I plan to go to RJ Automotive in the future.”

“Scott Kruger helped me navigate the horrible and convoluted process of talking to State Farm and getting repairs underway as soon as possible. He was always available to let me know where things were at when I called to check. The front desk staff came off as a little short at first but turned out to be very kind in the end, too. I highly recommend this collision center, especially if you are forced to work with State Farm.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an outstanding experience with Junge Ford North Liberty! This was my first time buying a car online, and Aiden, my sales representative, made everything seamless from start to finish. Even though I live in Georgia, Aiden kept me informed every step of the way, provided detailed videos and photos of the vehicle, and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. I purchased a 2021 Lexus RX 350, and I couldn’t be happier. Excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service — Junge Ford North Liberty made online car buying easy and stress-free!”

“My son was involved in a hit and run (thank God he is OK) and his car was towed to Premier. My son is active military stationed in Kansas and was on his way home to Chicago when the accident occurred. Jordan and Brian have been amazing with the whole process. They even agreed to mail some items in the car to my son. You don't find such kind people all the time, but God put my son in the right place at the right time! Thank you for your kindness!”

“I have taken my cars to Archie’s a few times now and have gotten great service every time for very reasonable prices. They have even saved me thousands by correctly diagnosing problems that were misdiagnosed at other places including the dealership. One time they did get it wrong and after they figured it out (turned out to be a transmission problem) they buttoned it up and honestly told me with no charge even though they had a few hours tied up in it. I recommend if you are looking for a second opinion this would be great place to get it. They can do all the normal things like oil changes and brake work. Now I know with YouTube and Amazon selling cheap tools doing it yourself is tempting but remember you get what you pay for and having the knowledge and know how can save a lot of time, sometimes it’s easier to “have a guy” and Archie’s can be that “guy”. Save yourself the trouble, time, money, and the headaches.”

“I have nothing but the highest praise for Rhett and the team at Junge BMW. My wife and I were in town visiting our daughter and son in law when we had a catastrophic mechanical problem with our older X3. Since it was cost prohibitive to repair, Rhett was able to move mountains to get us into a new X3 in no time! Bonus, now we have another reason to come to Iowa City to visit our family when we get our new X3 serviced😎😎😎.”

“They have been excellent with customer service and prompt phone calls if anything comes up. I've had my exhaust replaced by them and then I had some belts squealing and they were able to get them replaced (2 different services/appointments) a lot sooner than I anticipated and they're always prompt with telling you exactly what the cost/estimate will be and if there's anything outside of that they'll let you know ahead of time. I will continue to use them for my vehicle and my wife's vehicle fixes.”
