“Greer to the rescue! My family’s minivan died right before the exit to Coralville and Dana was willing to have my car towed and stayed late to get it fixed. He out in high quality parts and his rates were fine. Overall, the bill was much higher than I’d like, but that was mostly due to an expensive part. He seems kind and honest, rare in this business.”

“I've only been in IC/Coralville for a few years and have already had a couple of bad (or good but overpriced) experiences at shops. These guys are great. Very fair pricing, got me in right away, and did a thorough inspection of the entire car, noting on the invoice what could be fixed and what the price would be. No pressure. I'll go back for all of my repairs and maintenance.”

“While driving cross country my Toyota Venza Hybrid informed me that I needed an oil change. We pulled into the town of LeClaire, IA, hoping to find a quick solution and a friendly woman at their local visitor center sent me to a Valvoline Oil Change Center. After waiting for 30+ minutes they told me that they didn’t have enough oil to complete the job! How can a company that specializes in changing oil not have enough oil? We found Jiffy Lube a few minutes away. They had me in and out in about 15 minutes! Great service!”

“Found a nail in my tire while on a trip to Iowa City from Des Moines. I was in Williamsburg, stranded, 90 minutes from home, and it was a holiday at 6:00 p.m. Everything was closed. I didn’t know how I was going to get back to Des Moines. I called Walmart automotive on a whim and talked to Cy who immediately understood the emergency and agreed to fit us in, despite our arriving after they started closing up. He could not have been more helpful or understanding. He went well out of his way to ensure the proper tires were in stock. I’m endlessly grateful to this Walmart Auto location.”

Terrible place to go if you expect anybody to ever acknowledge you being there or actually help you find anything or get any information. I walked around for 15 minutes looking intently at each employee trying to get their attention and was completely ignored even as I walked out the door”
