I spent about 1.5 hr answering questions and uploading documents online using a very good online service. The forms allowed me to leave comments if I was not sure about anything I entered. I got a call from an accountant there about one of the documents and was able to resolve the issue quickly. Four days later the returns were completed!!! This was in comparison to our previous preparer who took between 2 and 4 months. On March 4th the IRS had accepted our return and our refund was in the bank on April 1. The fee was very reasonable and was less than half what we had been paying. I give A+ Accounting my highest recommendation.”
