“I am new to using a C-Pap. I was told I had sleep apnea on 12-27-22. My Dr. sent the script to NuCara in Coralville, Iowa. I waited for a call, no call. I called NuCara, they did not have the script yet. I called my Dr. back and asked them what happened. They said they sent it the same day as my appt. They sent it again. All during this time, my stress level was going up because I now knew I was not breathing many times every hour. It was not helping me sleep easy! I called NuCara again at 15 mins before their closing time. Karen Guenther, Coralville manager, answered. She spent time looking and could not find my prescription for my C-pap. She said she would keep looking and call me in the morning. She called just like she said she would and told me my Dr had sent it to medicine prescriptions instead of medical supplies prescriptions. My appt was set for 1-18-23 and I am now learning to use my C-pap machine. Thank you, Karen, for going above and beyond for me!!”
