I have been going to Rivercity Pilates for about a year. Plenty of classes to choose from and great instructors. I like the small class sizes and the camaraderie among attendees. We’re all in this health journey together!

This place has given me movement, less pain, strength and confidence in myself I thought I would never get back after my Ovarian cancer diagnosis. They allow baby steps and to me, that is the world of difference in my redefining myself after treatment.
