Amazing staff! From the time you walk thru the door you are greeted by welcoming and helpful folks. From basic grill supplies to needing to know the pitch/size of a bolt I need they are always willing to help.

Staff is generally helpful.
However, don’t attempt to drop off anything UPS outside of the hours for UPS pickup. They refused to take my pre-paid & labeled UPS package because the pickup had already happened for the day.
An un-manned UPS dropbox would have been more helpful than the 2 yahoos who had me walk to the back of the store only to tell me it was too late.
Post the hours packages are accepted & if those hours change, inform the staff so you don’t waste people’s time.

Friendly people and what are the employees found when I was looking for he had to look it up on the computer and come back to find it for me. He was very happy and said have a good night! I wish I could remember his name. I don't like shopping and he got me in and out real quick so it was a good experience ✌️?✌️

Handy local store, always clean with friendly staff and plenty of free parking. A cute kitty roams around sometimes if you can find her. Pricing is a little high - not competitive. Only buy if in a pinch. For additional savings, look for coupons and sign up for Ace Rewards. Now, the biggest problem with this store is lack of items in-store. I often find myself running in town when I would rather shop in Norwalk. I had an Ace in a city where I grew up and it carried much more. Frankly, the people of Norwalk have some coin to blow. Don't make us drive to Des Moines to spend it.
