I only buy alcohol and cigarettes and alien soup here. But in other Casey's who don't have people asking stupid questions about their store such as are airplanes sold here I bought Taco Pizza in Illinois but I'll buy taco pizza here too in Iowa ha🤪

Older Casey’s in a growing town. Food is good just not delivery so you can catch any errors. Morning cashier is older gal that is so delightful!

Had a great experience with Robby and the Kitchen staff. They let us know that their app estimated time was off and called us to let us know that he would have the pizzas ready for us when we got there. He also went out of his way to make sure our order was correct! Will definitely be back!

The last time I ordered pizza from here it was cold when I received it, the bottom of one of the boxes was soaking wet and smelt like cleaning product, and then one pizza wasn’t made right. The time before that our pizza was going to be at least another 25 minutes when my husband had shown up on time to pick it up.
This time, my pizza was supposed to be done at 6:33, I got here at 6:35 and was told at least another fifteen minutes. Why give time estimates if they are never right? So disappointed in this Casey’s location.

Worst taco pizza tonight. Guy took 10 mintues to lay individual pieces of lettuce, while I waited. Only noticed when home...that there were Hardly any toppings At all.. Thinnest taco pizza I've ever had in 3 decades of caseys taco pizzas. Dont waste your money at the sunset store...and only stop in If you have 10 minutes to stand in line ,NOTHING convenient about this convenience store.

Not sure WHY on earth a manager would not be present at a location on a busy Friday night, but not the first time we have ordered and the app says 15 min, but we arrive to over an hour or more wait. To top it off had to give our names to the store employees to add to a list for refunds so the employees can call corporate and THEN we were told to return the next morning to make sure the refund was received since we cancelled our order. Absolutely ridiculous the app is not reflective on the actual pick up time frame and that a manager is not present on a busy night. HORRIBLE customer service, will not be returning.

Sad to say that Casey's is going downhill on service and atmosphere. Today when I was in this Casey's on sunset it was dirty. The cashier kept coughing and was back in the kitchen, which makes me think she was coughing over the food being made. I had a handful of items and after she rang me up, she went back to making sure the store order was correct instead of finishing up with the customer. Every time I'm in this Casey's I have to practically beg for them to bag my items and if you ask they have an attitude about actually doing their job. The employees love talking loud to each other for everyone to hear and it's unprofessional. Customers don't want to hear about your issues at work or personal life. Casey's employees have no idea how to stay professional and do their jobs.

Much prefer the other Casey’s in town. The other Casey’s is much cleaner, and has a much better atmosphere. I believe the girl who helped me was named Stephanie, she was very unpleasant.

Price gouge. Gas is about 30 cents cheaper at other nearby Casey's.

Oddly enough the location up the street is light years ahead in service. This location the people are not personable, out of breakfast pizza when the other is fully stocked (yes I've made the drive same morning) and the bathroom is less clean.

Bad enough that their flat pizza is greasy and overpriced. Today, with no other customers my order was ignored and I wasted a trip to the store with a vehicle that has limited trips. They sure were quick to cancel it though!
