This is a nice store. Been there a couple of times & it was closed due to not having the help. Luckily, it was open today and had updated hours. Always been clean & stocked well, the times I've been there.

The first time being in here after just moving to Norwalk, I couldn't believe how nice this store was in comparison to any of the Des Moines locations (which are usually very torn up/disorganized). The employees here are both friendly and helpful, and Blake was very friendly at checkout. I love the selection here, and you have a way better variety here to choose from than other locations that I have been at :) I can tell that this store must have good management in tow, so I will definitely return!

Employees are super friendly. For a Dollar Tree the shelves are usually is good shape.

Excellent customer service experience on the evening of 4.7.2022 from the cashier. My 9YO step daughter made a purchase and was treated with kindness that was above and beyond what we have experienced in months. It made her night and was the topic of conversation at the dinner table. Thanks for being the Guy who goes the extra mile. Please know you are appreciated.

Great location. Very friendly staff, with managers circulating frequently. Diligent about keeping shelves stocked. Sincere effort to help if I can't find something. We're lucky to have this well-run store in our community.

These guys rocked tonight!! I arrived at 8:58 on 4th of July evening and I'm sure they were not looking forward to me coming in the door but they were pleasant and let me in because I really needed some lighters for my fireworks. These two gentlemen who were working were terrific and treated me wonderfully they get six stars!! And if anyone from corporate is reading this they need a raise!!
