I somehow triggered my phone into talk back mode. I have no idea how I got there, but there I was. Very frustrating, since virtually every feature fails to work once in this mode. I can't imagine why Motorola would include this useless feature, but they did, and now my phone was useless. Until I stopped by the Norwalk Verizon store and asked for help. The staff greeted me at the door, asked a few questions, and within a few minutes had expertly deactivated the talk back mode and restored my phone. I couldn't have been happier! Thanks, guys, for making my day.

Had a great experience at this Verizon. I got a new phone and had issues setting it up myself. Sonny was able to set it up without issue while also helping other customers and running the store solo. He was professional and fixed my problem while keeping the other customers happy as well. Verizon is lucky to have him!

On March 29th, my son traded in his Galaxy S20 plus as part of the trade-in/upgrade promotion. The promotion was a $820 trade in credit and the salesman was Jordan. We paid the difference for the new phone. However, we were given a $200 credit after I called Verizon since we were not given any credit on the bill. I’ve called and tried to get the bill corrected with Verizon multiple times, but they do not care and suggested that I switch to a higher plan. I will never go to TCC Verizon in Norwalk again.
