“Dr. Ken has decades of experience and is reasonable in his pricing. He's delivered our puppies via emergency c-section, given our pets shots, trimmed nails, removed hernias and even put our failing dog down. In all stages of our pets lives there is no one I would rather have work on them than Dr. Ken.”

“We recently moved to the area and were a little nervous about finding a new vet for our puppy, but we couldn’t be happier with our experience at The Oelwein Veterinary Clinic. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and professional. The vet, Dr McDonough, took the time to thoroughly examine our puppy and patiently answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. It was clear that he genuinely cares about animals and wants the very best for them. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure we felt completely comfortable with the care plan. We especially appreciated that he didn’t try to push unnecessary tests or treatments—instead, he focused on what was truly needed and offered honest, thoughtful recommendations. Our puppy was treated so gently and came out of the visit happy and calm, which says a lot! We’re so relieved to have found such a knowledgeable and compassionate vet in our new area. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent care for their pets! Thank you Dr McDonough & team!”
