“A package I shipped out from here was lost at the post office in Des Moines. The team at Sioux Center spent a week to track it down and not only helped to find it, but got it on its way to us. Best post office staff I have ever encountered.”

“At the moment I'm using a Rollator as I approached the entrance two very helpful ladies must have seen me coming, they stopped what they were doing, opened the door and asked if they could take my two packages to the rear of the store to the UPS counter.
So cheerful and polite.
Thank you again for your kindness.”
