They took the time to show her the problems (plural)and then called me to confirm that a replacement was in order. “I just got a different vehicle . Oil change was over 7,000 miles over due . Fortunately , they were able to get me in . They informed me of another issue of the coolant being almost out . They always help as much as they can . I will continue to keep going back . I hope at some point soon , they flush and change transmission fluid and filter”
