“We're In the area from out of state for the Knoxville Nationals and our AC stopped working in my father in law's van. We stopped in to see if they'd have time to at least give us a diagnosis of what was wrong. They found the problem, had a replacement part there and fixed within 2 hours. Fantastic service, very friendly and fair pricing. Getting us taken care of within a few hours was excellent. Would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs auto work done.”
“My spare went flat while on my rural mail route. I had ordered four new tires Saturday morning. The set came in on Monday morning. Tyler came out to my location with the mobile unit and mounted one of the new tires. Had me rolling 30 minutes after I placed the call. Drove to their shop and had the other three changed. So thankful for their prompt service. Only had an hour and a half total down time before back to delivering mail.”

“I recently purchased a well-cared for 30yo Winnebago that was in need of suspension and steering work/upgrades. After calling mechanic shops all over the DSM Metro and getting told NO, I decided to expand my search.
Pat and his team have been great to work with. They provided guidance to make sure I bought the correct parts and were upfront and honest about possible issues and solutions that could come down the road.
Extra shoutout to Safe (as he would say, “like a gun safe) who was always happy to answer my questions and provide updates as needed.
If anyone in the DSM metro area is tired of trying to find a trusted mechanic to work on your Class A or C motorhome, look these folks up!!! They won’t let you down!!”

“Mike was very professional. We had a funny sound begin when the car was moving. We didn't know if it was a bad tire on the front or what. Mike found a wheel bearing was bad, as well as a few minor things. Mike called each time before repairing to keep us informed. We are so thankful he found the problem before we got stranded going somewhere. I highly recommend the shop.”

“We had a driver abandon one of our trucks on the coldest days possible and truck was off for 2 days and naturally froze up. Bill & Rays were there in under an hour to tow us back to their shop and get our truck thawed out and swap filters. The service department communicated every step of the way and there were no surprises on the bill except that it was cheaper than I’d ever seen for a tow bill alone and my bill included labor. I would most definitely recommend Bill &Rays to anyone looking for service or a tow”
“I just got a different vehicle . Oil change was over 7,000 miles over due . Fortunately , they were able to get me in . They informed me of another issue of the coolant being almost out . They always help as much as they can . I will continue to keep going back . I hope at some point soon , they flush and change transmission fluid and filter”
