“Critters and Such has consistently knocked the care of our dogs out of the park. We first visited them for our yorkies ear infection Thanksgiving 2015, maybe 2014. Since that episode she has not had another ear infection. Lila alone has meant quite a few trips to see Dr. Merrill and her staff, during and after business hours emergency trips. They have always provided quality care for Lila, including chiropractic and laser therapy.
In 2016, we rescued a springer spaniel that was pregnant, we found out quickly she was almost full term. 10 puppies were delivered 9 days later. Staff answered all our questions and showed professional care to us and our 11 new additions.
One of the pups, Ivar the grand pup has been a client since his first appts in 2016.
Our newest addition, another springer spaniel arrived in May of 2022. Needless to say, she has been welcomed with open arms.
We have had stitches, dental cleaning, chiropractic care, cold laser therapy, cancer scare, acupuncture, genetic testing, etc and all have led to a high level of care, knowledge and understanding of what our dogs need each year.
I always recommended Critters and Such when people ask where to take their pets. They provided knowledgeable, compassionate and progressive medical care of our beloved spaniels and a yorkie!”
