“I enjoy Napa stores for several reasons; first they carry a wide variety of products and parts. The employees know what they are doing, so you don't have wait forever for them to match customers with merchandise. Finally, I am a female who loves vehicles, but don't always know the appropriate motorhead language. Thankfully, I don't get the sighing, eye-rolling response from male employees who don't think women should even be allowed to drive. You may do it after I leave, but I don't have to see it.”

“He always has the parts we need at a more than reasonable price. They also have excellent customer service. The young lady that almost always awnsers the phone is very pleasent to deal with.”
