The Hampton Inn Ottumwa is a well-kept, clean, and well-maintained hotel offering quiet rooms with all the modern essentials. Guests describe a wonderful, personable atmosphere where the professional staff go above and beyond, providing extremely helpful and polite service that makes stays special. The hotel offers easy parking, a perfectly adequate free breakfast, and thoughtful touches for Honors members. While a minor maintenance note was mentioned, the overall experience is highly recommended. Many guests report wonderful stays and would definitely stay again, feeling treated like family.
Business trip. Slept good, room was clean and comfortable. Staff took great care of me. I even received text messages asking if I needed anything, and to let them know if so. No issues with applying my Hilton Honors award certificates.
