I've been using these guys over a year now for various projects and I'm always impressed with the quality and speed of their work. They say in body work, you can choose 2 of the following 3 options and find a shop: Quality Work, Quick Turnaround, & Inexpensive Cost. Palo Auto Body is all 3 of these options. When you go here, there is another shop on the other side of the road by a very similar name so don't go there by mistake (no experience with them - they might be good, too) but keep going all the way to the end of the road and you won't be disappointed!

Mike and the boys really took good care of my Mitsubishi. December 23rd I was involved in a jacked up situation and what I needed quickly done wasn't so ideal, 3 days after struggling on what I'm going to do and who I'm going to turn to was even more painful to think about.But Mike and his Crew was available a day after Christmas...When I tell you that they insured that my car was in good hands like the All state commercial and I had no funny feelings about these guys...Hay I'm here to advertise for these beautiful guys...without them in honesty I would still be waiting...Service: Body & Trim

Doug Hill and Scott were very helpful in giving me an accurate estimate on my vehicle. Taking all pictures and sending them with the estimate to my insurance company!! Remember YOU get to pick were you want your work done you don't have to go were they suggested. My estimate was definitely more thorough at Palo Body Shop!!

Faster service than I would have ever hoped for. Somebody backed into my rear bumper and I was all fixed up in just a few days while Cedar Rapids shops are backed up for weeks, if not months. Worked directly with insurance.If you're in Cedar Rapids, don't dismiss them because they're in Palo - it's a short drive!

I wish I had a photo to add to this recommendation. I backed our Jeep into a well loved vintage family car. It was not going to be an easy job to match paint and fix asap before family came to town-they love driving it during trips home to visit. Mike took care of it quickly, awesomely, and with an above professional and caring manner. AWESOME experience!
