Doug Hill and Scott were very helpful in giving me an accurate estimate on my vehicle. Taking all pictures and sending them with the estimate to my insurance company!! Remember YOU get to pick were you want your work done you don't have to go were they suggested. My estimate was definitely more thorough at Palo Body Shop!!

Faster service than I would have ever hoped for. Somebody backed into my rear bumper and I was all fixed up in just a few days while Cedar Rapids shops are backed up for weeks, if not months. Worked directly with insurance.If you're in Cedar Rapids, don't dismiss them because they're in Palo - it's a short drive!

Decided to try these guys instead of the BIG NAMES in town, support the local community. WOW, what an amazing team and crew. They fixed my door hinges first and then later fixed a rear end collision on my Santa Fe. As long as I live here in Palo this will be the place for repairs. JOB WELL DONE GUYS.
