“Shady Creek Apartments is a fantastic place to reside!!! The property manager, Darla has been great to work with since day one. All of my maintenance needs have been addressed & corrected in a very timely manner. Shout out to the maintenance guy, Dan. Always pleasant and right on it. The views from this place is amazing for being in town. It has a country vibe and almost daily visits from the local deer population.Everyone in my building are very nice & respectful of others. I don’t regret choosing Shady Creek Apartments!”

“Living at Highpoint was an amazing part of some temporary work experience I had while in Iowa. Nathan did a great job responding in a timely matter to concerns about equipment failure and was overall a nice guy. The pool and little workout room were huge in getting me back into shape.”
