“This place saved my Christmas. I was unexpectedly driving home earlier than planned due to an impending snow storm. At 8PM on Christmas Eve, with a gas tank on E, and on my fourth gas station in as many towns, I found this place open! I was able to get plenty of gas to make it home. The pump wouldn’t read my card, so I did have to go inside. The two people working were super helpful and nice, even though they were having to work on this particular night. I appreciated that.”
“Have to share. We had a door dash delivery driver literally steal a slice of pizza during delivery.. called west side caseys to tell them about it, and they offered to replace the pizza, even though it wasn’t in their control, or their fault. Great service, super happy with the solution. And hopefully that door dash driver is happy with their slice… smh”

“Came in for fuel and I needed some ice for my son who was swelling with an allergic reaction. The guy at the counter must have overheard me talking about it with a friend because he was very helpful and said we could get some ice. I offered to pay, but he said it was ok. Him and his brother were really nice to us.”
