“I would like to say the guys on night shift are beyond amazing! My wife and I had to make a emergency trip to KC for a sick family member on our journey home at 8 pm at night we ran into a tire blow out our spare was no good sapp bros said if we found a tire they would put it on . We called Walmart they had a tire but refused to sell to us, the guys here at motel 8 got on the phone calling all family and friends to try and get myself wife and our non verbal home to Omaha. They were able to get the manager at Walmart to go ahead and sell us the tire to get us the 43 miles home. Your guys generosity is beyond and my wife and I are so grateful for all your help!!
A plus they even gave me a ride to Walmart to get this tire!!”

“Ok, you keep asking me for a review. The lodge is an awesome place, and the food at the timbers was top notch. The last time we stayed there we ate every meal somewhere else. The menu has changed, not for the better. I'm sorry to say. We had some great breakfast uptown. Steak and eggs for 17 bucks and it was incredible. We had previously made reservations for a family of 12 e very morning and the evening meal too. Very disappointed on our last stay. I normally would not leave a bad review, and I didn't. My phone keeps asking to do so, so here it is. Love the Lied Lodge but not the restaurant. Sorry”
“The eggs were mind blowing. They had cheese and bacon in them and were seasoned perfectly. Better than the eggs I made at home. The breakfast buffet had the normal offering of eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, and pastries. Solid hotel with your run of the mill rooms and amenities”

“A nice place to stay: clean room, clean bathroom, great location. Front desk staff was incredibly kind. As someone who travels a lot for work - I tend to default to the “main” chain hotels. Pleasantly surprised and would absolutely stay again.”
