This truck stop right off interstate 29 is pretty small with very limited parking available, it has very clean showers and restrooms. There is a Subway restaurant at this Pilot location. Employees are very nice and helpful.

The manager it's very disrespectful I was parking in the mud; ( the manager said that is their property) I found out that was not a parking spot it was from the neighbor, was full of trash because of the incompetence that they have letting their clients through everything there, the manager was just taking pictures of my tire that was on the mud stopped and she didn't care about all the trash that was around in the neighbors because of them. Take a look in all the trash that's around that her clients put in the neighborhood and she pretends she's not seeing. I tried to explain this to her she's saying that probably I hit she was just trying to create fight and cows.

This place is very run down. Not clean. Soda nozzles are completely disgusting like they haven't been cleaned in weeks.

We were traveling and stopped to buy gas, and then we're on our way. That evening, we received an alert from our CC card that we had been charged for our gas, and a few minutes later, we were charged 150.00 from Pilot. Luckily, our CC handled the entire situation with no extra charges to us. We will not stop for gas here in the future.

Had my CC not notified us of a 150.00 charge on our card, we might never have been aware of it. My bill was pd in full at the pump when our CC approved the charge. There was no need for 150.00 hold charge to be put on us at any time, and you did not remove the charge after 4 hrs
I wonder how many travlers you do this to that are not notified by their CC company or see the charge by you. This just feels like a scam. I would advise travelers to skip this place and gas up at the next exit.

If you need to take a shower, find another place. I've been here three times in different months, and the bathrooms are dirty with no one to clean them for hours. If you complain to management, you'll be treated poorly.

Extremely disappointed. Had 0 car problems before fueling, 15 min after getting gas the check engine light came on and vehicle wouldn’t maintain cruise speed. Newer vehicle with around 15k miles, took it to the dealership and was told the fuel was bad, mixed with diesel most likely. Have the receipt we filled with the correct fuel. Contacted Pilot and they deny it being their pump contaminated, yet clearly the only explanation. Terrible customer service.

I had a really good experience. The gal who checked me out was very friendly, by the time I was leaving another cashier came on duty, she was very friendly too.

Be warned - pay-at-the-pump attempted a hold of $151 - no warning labels. My cc company flagged it as fraud. I wasn’t aware of the large hold amount. Now I’m on vacation with no credit card. B.S.
I understand the larger hold, I just don’t appreciate there being NO warning about the AMOUNT of the hold. We’ve stopped at several other truck stops on the trip and haven’t had anything like this.
Yes, I am posting this while angry because my polite midwestern self never would.
I’ve stopped at this station before and never had this happen. So disappointed.
