If I could put 0 stars I would. They're full of lies just to get you to buy a new phone and start a service with them. I never got the extra money I payed for my phone before paying it in full which I was told I would receive a couple months after paying the full amount. Horrible experience.

Went in for an upgrade yesterday and was given a "new" phone. Opted to transfer everything at home since I was limited for time. Got home and the "new" phone was dead. I plugged it in and found text messages. Phone was in fact not new and a used phone. Called the store and the girl recommended I do a factory reset and apologized the phone wasn't new. She did say she would let manager know. Had no phone until the store opened the following day and had to drive 30 minutes back to the store so they could give me a legit new phone. I did get a new phone but watch the items they give you.

I bought my phone in traded my phone In the Perry store. Anna helped me the first time and ordered my phone. SHE IS FANTASTIC. Went to pick up my phone a week later. It took 6 hrs to transfer from my phone I turned in. I got the iPhone 15pro max for free because my iPhone 13 was in excellent condition. She put a screen saver on after trying to get me to buy it which I had already done when ordering. She didn’t even look at the acct. I had to go to the Apple Store the next day because it still had not finished loading. 3 hrs there and it was good. They notice my screen protecter was already crack. I went to the cellular store in Jordan creek & showed him my paper & he replaced it no problem. 3 days later, the new case is broke again. I have not dropped it & there are no other scratches on the phone. Back to Perry. Talked to the same girl ( don’t remember her name) and she didn’t want to help me at all. I will never go back to that store again!!
