I called the post office and the phone was answered right away. The man I talked to about a problem I was having with a change of address was very helpful and even went out of his way to speak to the carrier of that route. My problem was solved quickly and efficiently.

I have had a great relationship with the staff at Polk City. I'm surprised to see reviews that call them rude and unhelpful. I always try to project a smile and positive attitude. Perhaps if one comes in with a chip on their shoulder, the response is less satisfying?

Staff at this location is always very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Michael. I’ve lived in lots of different places and this post office has the nicest staff hands down.
