“Mary Ann in the print department is the best to work with! This is my 5th print project from this Staples and she has been amazing to work with. Every time I come in she knows me by name, she is super helpful in making the best decisions for my print projects to make them look the best. She is a hard worker and gets dozens of print projects done in her shift. So thankful to work with someone that takes pride in their work and helps the customer!
Go see Mary Ann for your print needs!”
“Love Staples! Went in to return something from Amazon and I started looking at the printers. Found a great printer that was normally over $200 for $99 on sale! And it's the perfect match for what I need to make my stickers and labels for my baking business!”
“The team was prompt in delivering our dishwasher, very friendly, and professional. Installation was smooth and all materials from the old dishwasher and the packaging from the new were cleaned up and taken away. We are very satisfied with RXO delivery and would recommend them to others.”
“I just wanted to say thank you for expediting my package overseas. It got delivered on time and I appreciate the level of professionalism with staff. Didn’t wait on queue and ended up saving money and time.”
“Not only is our regular mailman awesome, but working with Edward today at the Grimes Post Office was a joy. Even if this location wasn't the closest, I would go out of my way to come here.”
“Went in with no idea on how to ship my wife’s crafts. Unfortunately I don’t remember who helped but they were awesome!! My wife has an Etsy store and I’m recently unemployed yet again so I was helping her out. Not to mention it got me away from her for a little while. Any way I have not shipped anything in a long time but these guys are pros! Thanks again for the triple win”
“I really like the Johnston post office. That staff consistently makes an effort to be pleasant and keep the lines moving. It is certainly a busy place with passport service, but I dont have to schedule an extra half hour to mail a package like some locations.”

“Kodi was extremely helpful to me this week. I had a package where tracking said it was delivered to our parcel box but it was not in our box. Kodi promptly assisted the situation after my first initial call. Thank you so much, Kodi. I appreciate your work.”
“Everytime I go in to the Ankeny Iowa location they are always so friendly and professional. If there is any issues they work quickly to resolve the matter. Kudos to them for always making a customer feel important.”
“Extremely busy and I had a complicated situation. Was Extremely pleased with service and patience extended.
This location always provides great customer service however today was top notch.”
“I wanted to give a shout out the employee Jeffrey at the Ankeny location -- he helped get my fingerprints done for the FBI background check. The machine wasn't working correctly and it took a while for it to process my fingerprints, but all the while he was very patient, kind, and extremely helpful. Thanks Jeffrey!!”

“I have had nothing but excellent customer service from this post office. The lady that works there regularly is the most helpful & sweetest ever. Any needs that I have needed has been met. I absolutely love it there and am confident of my mail going through their hands safely. Great job”
“Helpful and friendly. I had question, they easily answered. It was easy to ship a package out and a return. They have me a receipt to track pigs. Looks like they had shipping supplies as well.”

“This location is not a full service post office, however you can drop off packages that are ready to ship, or pick up certified mail. My husband sells a lot of stuff on eBay and so his shipping labels are printed at home. This location is only a few blocks from our home so it is very convenient because we are here nearly every day! Furthermore, so Maine woman that we see working. Here is an absolute pleasure. She is so sweet and so nice and always smiling.”

“I called the post office and the phone was answered right away. The man I talked to about a problem I was having with a change of address was very helpful and even went out of his way to speak to the carrier of that route. My problem was solved quickly and efficiently.”
