“Being on vacation from out of town, I found that Brent was trustworthy and available to make sure my car was safe to drive a few hundred miles back to my hometown. He found a work around to get me home safely in order to have repairs made on a warranty issue. While he could have insisted on doing the repairs himself and making a lot of money off of me, he found a work around to get me home safely to get the warranty work done with the original mechanic and thereby saved me hundreds of dollars. “My wife and I own a ranch in La Pine oregon. When I first visited this ranch the owner had black crap spinning around in the water and it smelled like rotten eggs. I mean it was disgusting. Being from the mountains of North Carolina I was ready to tell my wife let's go to North Carolina where the water is excellent. Since the original owner died we have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on the well water here on this ranch. I called Brad and told him I want a lakos sand separator on my pump. Brad made 3 trips to my ranch and he installed the separator and cut the amount of water out of the well. He flushed the pressure tank out and insulated the well. Brad does class A work. He really seems to care that I was satisfied. The sand has now laid down completely in the well. My coffee in the morning here on the ranch tastes better than any restaurant coffee I have tasted. “Silverado went into limp mode. Towed it here. Monday morning called the shop, they said they’d get done by afternoon. Told them while they had it to change oil and plugs. They got everything done by Monday afternoon. I was prepared for large bill, considering all work they did. Was pleasantly surprised by final bill. Don’s auto is my go to mechanic shop now.”
