While all of the agents try to help, Karen is thorough and makes sure you fully understand every aspect of your visit with her. I would have dropped Us cellular a decade ago if she wasnt employed there, as I'm sure many of her customers would agree. If you have a problem she gets to the resolution and has yet to leave anything unresolved for me. How she doesnt own her own store by now is beyond me. . Keep up the great work Keke.
