“I absolutely love this store. Has all the retro stuff I enjoy finding. From funko to GameCube to gameboy to anything! I would have given it a 5 star but there’s this one dude that doesn’t like to communicate with anyone. He barely likes to deal with you at check out. It’s also not hard to hear him when he tries to whisper his voice carry’s. Now I know how you actually feel so when you are working I won’t be coming in anymore I’ll just wait till the next day or just go to GameStop if I’m in dire need. I’m not sure why you wouldn’t wanna talk he never seems really tht busy sitting behind counter. Plus there wasn’t very many pple maybe 3 at most and they weren’t even at the counter.”

“The actual experience at the Verizon store out by Farm and Fleet and Walmart was exceptional. Annette Henninger went above and beyond to help my family trade in and get new phones. Her expertise was unmatched, and she was patient, knowledgeable, and kept the mood light. She answered all our questions. She was courteous and respectful, and just an overall delight.
I returned later that week and Antoine assisted me with a minor issue again he also was courteous, positive, polite, and flexible in dealing with my issue. I did not work with Slade, but he was a third person at this particular store. He was super knowledgeable very patient positive and just exudes an overall good vibe. So three employees at this particular store, I would give five stars! I will definitely be coming back to the store in future for newer phones.
