“Katie at the Verizon Wireless store in Red Oak provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. She was incredibly fast, efficient, and knowledgeable, even while helping us with something that wasn’t routine: porting our phone numbers from Google Voice to Verizon. Rather than handing us a list of tasks and sending us on our way, she jumped right in, learned what was needed, and worked through it with us until everything was completely finished. What could have been a mundane errand turned into a genuinely enjoyable experience. Katie helped me choose the color of my new phone and accessories, answered every question, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Most importantly, she took ownership of the problem and saw it through to completion. That’s a rare quality and one that deserves recognition. Thank you, Katie, for a beautiful job. And I’m not just talking about the sparkles on my phone! ✨ Verizon is fortunate to have Katie on their team. We’ll absolutely be back for future upgrades and service.”

“I have been to this Chat Mobility store several times. Most of the time it is something wrong with the way I am operating my cell phone but can only be rectified by a proffessional technition. They are always polite, patient, understanding and friendly. When I meet a new employee I feel like I have met a new friend. I have always been pleased with Chat Mobility and the new store is no exception. Sincerely, Jim White”
