“My family and I absolutely LOVE our post crew. My usual post woman is a beautiful and kind soul that will go out of her way to make a good delivery. (One day had a CHANCE of rain and she bagged my small and electronic package. She didn't know it was electronics.) The staff at the office is knowledgeable and very nice to work with. I accidentally reused a priority box and instead of just charging me she double checked that is what I wanted. It was not but due to lack of time and urgency to get it out I paid the extra $3. I would have been perturbed if I didn't know why it was more expensive. Our family loves the Post so much we have a pullback of the same mail trucks we see in town. We have a 1/64 scale tractor trailer (semi) of the U.S.P.S.....you get the idea. I have a platform I made on my front stairs for packages up to 3'x3' with a note to ring the doorbell so I know it's here. Every time that platform gets used they hit that button. Not a big deal but when you're waiting on product for your business time is money. To wrap up this lengthy review the Red Oak Iowa Post Office is exactly what you imiganie the perfect P.O. to be like. The building is gorgeous and the people are the best of the best!!”
