Had van there for oil change last September, was told it needed oil pan gasket replaced. 260 dollars later got van back, noticed it began using oil. We have a gravel driveway so we did not notice oil spots, took it back in was told it needed valve cover gaskets, also authorized spark plugs and wires ended up replacing throttle body and coil pack with out so much as a phone call 660 dollar bill went to pick it up and a huge puddle or antifreeze was under it. Was told it was a faulty intake gasket. OK they did repair at no charge got it home still leaking oil put card board under it and it was pouring oil. Took it back, was told it had a bolt missing and one bolt damaged on oil pan. Then was told the oil pan was cracked. so they ordered a replacement pan. They wanted another 260 dollars I complained and they did take off labor charge, But after inspecting the old oil pan was clearly was damaged from jamming some sort of tool in between the pan and block to pry it loose. At no time did they ever offer a written estimate as required by state law. Never gave us an itemized receipt in fact refused when requested. DO NOT use this business. They have shop but it is stuffed with their junk trucks so customers repairs on done in drive on jack stands, in fact at one point work was delayed due to rain.
