“Precision Collision helped me with a minor repair on a car that has been in my family for over 25 years. I went to other local body shops that would not step outside of what they typically do for customers. It was a matter of getting a part that they said they couldn't get because it wasn't in their parts database. Older cars are not always easy to find parts for but that doesn't mean you can't find the parts. "Sorry , we can't help you" isn't really good for business. Todd at Precision Collision went above and beyond what other businesses would do for me. He found the part I needed and completed the job in one day for around the same price that other businesses that "couldn't help me" would have charged me.Give your local body shops a chance to help you. “Had to visit Caliber Collision twice this year unfortunately due to accidents but me being a returning customer speaks volumes. My first visit to Caliber was for my 2020 Audi SQ5 which was rear ended and I connected with them after I couldn't use the provider my insurance company (USAA) suggested. When I called I spoke with Sandy in scheduling and the process was super easy, they took the estimate via email, got me scheduled promptly, and kept me informed through the process. They also coordinated my rental car via enterprise for me and coordinated the return. Through the process of repairing my Audi I was informed throughout and was invited in to see the damages after the vehicle was assess with removed parts. For this my advisor/adjuster was Selena and she's very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Overall this is great repair shop that will take car of your vehicle and provide quality customer service. Most recently my 2008 Toyota Camry was serviced and this was a very similar process. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the damage the vehicle was totaled. Nonetheless Selena and Sandy kept me informed throughout the entire process and worked directly with USAA and Copart. Hopefully I won't be returning this year or anytime soon but I'll gladly return here and will recommend them to anyone needing repairs from accidents.”
“Kevin did an awesome job on my tank. It had a noticeable dent and deep scratches on it from getting knocked over while it was off the bike during maintenance, and a couple dings and chips from being 20 years old. He was able to bring it back to like new condition minus the decals as they aren’t manufactured anymore, but he did go over some custom airbrush options we could have done. Overall I would highly recommend, pricing was very fair given the quality of work performed and it was done within the timeframe he gave.Service: Body & Trim”

“We end up purchasing 4 Falken tires for my 2015 canyon GMC pick up truck at a very reasonable price compared to other places that we were finding in town and with that came lifetime balance and rotation. We’ve had the truck out on the highway and in town it’s a 70,000 mile tire very quiet and smooth on the highway a little rougher in town with the bumps. “In April of 2022, I made contact with salesman Jeff Appleman at Hiland Toyota. I advised what I was looking for. Due to a shortage of parts and inventory due to the COVID fallout, I had to be put on an allocation list with a fully refundable $500 deposit. Jeff explained exactly how it worked and would keep me up to date monthly as to how things were going. Jeff did as he said he would. He contacted me monthly to let me know where I was on the allocation list. The one thing I appreciated was that Jeff did not try to push another model on me just to make the sale. After about five months, I received my first call from Jeff letting me know that they had an allocation of the model I wanted but the car did not have the exact extra's I wanted. Over the next two months, I would receive three more calls for new allocations and that I was finally #1 on the list for the model I requested. I still passed because I had already waited this long so I might as well wait until the vehicle I specifically wanted was available. In month eight, I received the call that the exact car I wanted with all of the correct upgrades was available and I was given a build date. Three weeks after the build date, the car was at the dealership. I showed up a few days later to pick it up. Jeff met me and we went through all of the necessary details along with a test drive of the vehicle in question. After the test drive, I met with the financial officer and negotiated my loan in addition to just a few optional upsells options. Tip..... the extended warranty is negotiable. Soon after I met with Jeff again and I was on my way home with my new car. All of the staff I came across while I was there were nice and accommodating. Nobody is pushy. The experience was excellent and should I ever buy a new Toyota again, I will definitely come to this dealership first. If you want a terrific non pushy experience, especially because you know exactly what you want, contact Jeff Appleman. I really believe this was a win/win for everyone involved. And just for the record, I realize this review will show being made by "Jeff A". It is purely coincidental. same first name and Last name initial but we are in fact two different people with no relation. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!”
“I blew a tire after hitting a curb and after my daughter and I starting to try to change the tire I went over to the auto body shop across from where I pulled into and asked one of the guys if he could help us. The guy that helped us was very kind and so patient. We had all the tools but had one of those Jack's that take forever to use the bar with and after he tried with mine he even caved and got his own jack from the shop. Finally got the jack situated and then the nuts on the tire was too tight so once again was kind and patient and walked back to his shop and got his tools. The whole job took a lot longer than anticipated when I originally asked him to help but thankfully he was very patient and willing to do all he could to help us. He didn't ask for anything in return but for me to write a review on Google. His review was most definitely earned and will keep his shop in mind if I need anymore help if I'm in rock island again.Service: Tires”
