“Just want to send a shout out to service advisor Jerry and his team. Last month I traveled from PA to NE. A few hours before my arrival, my A/C failed. For many, that's just a convenience, but I was traveling with a van full of Saint Bernards to our annual event, and A/C is life sustaining for my dogs in 80° temps. Even though they were fully booked, Jerry told me he would try to find a spot to check it out. I was hopeful, but knowing how booked up dealers always are, I was also worried. Much to my surprise, Jerry called me a couple hours later and said he could fit me in that day. They diagnosed a bad compressor, ordered the part and installed it the next day. My 18 hour ride back to PA was cool and comfortable. All the dogs were happy, including my 9 pups I had dropped off in OH with a sitter on my way out. The service provided by Jerry and his team was top notch, definitely 5 star worthy.”

“Totts always has my back. They make sure my vehicles (Car, SUV, & Truck) are up and running. The gentlemen/mechanics are friendly, and helpful. They make sure I understand what needs to be repaired. One time, I was unable to take my SUV to their shop and used another mechanic shop. I regretted not towing my vehicle to Totts!?????”
“my clutch went out on a 98 Chevy. I had replaced the master cylinder and was still not getting pedal. I was afraid it might be the slave cylinder so I called the shop on a SATURDAY morning to see about getting it in for repair.
Long story short, he talked to me about the issue, wasn’t rushed, suggested that I bleed the lines, told me where to find the bleeder valve, if that didn’t do it call back that’d be glad to work me in monday or tuesday……
It worked, my truck is fixed, and I have mad respect for this shop. Thank You!!

I asked about the 3 oil changes on Billion and was asked if I had that in writing. Apparently I was lied to?? I would give 5 stars if I had my 3 free oil changes on Billion like I was told more than once when I was buying my car.. Please make this right.”

They ended up finding a few more problems with my vehicle and were able to fix it the next day. Fast and friendly folks. Prices seemed reasonable with how quick the turnaround was. Also have warranty on their work that is as long as I own vehicle. Was impressed with vehicle repairs. Highly recommend them for their skill in repairing damage, work with insurance and in the communications during this process.”

“I was on my way home and the backing plate on one of my breaks started grinding. I had a ways to go before I’d be home.
Another shop wasn’t able to take me and referred me here. The guy was kind and said he had an appointment cancel and to come right in.
I explained what I thought was wrong and he was receptive. Within minutes it was on the lift. When putting the breaks and rotors on we had missed a bolt.
We were lucky we stopped. They got us taken care of. I’m lucky they were here.”
