βJust want to send a shout out to service advisor Jerry and his team. Last month I traveled from PA to NE. A few hours before my arrival, my A/C failed. For many, that's just a convenience, but I was traveling with a van full of Saint Bernards to our annual event, and A/C is life sustaining for my dogs in 80Β° temps. Even though they were fully booked, Jerry told me he would try to find a spot to check it out. I was hopeful, but knowing how booked up dealers always are, I was also worried. Much to my surprise, Jerry called me a couple hours later and said he could fit me in that day. They diagnosed a bad compressor, ordered the part and installed it the next day. My 18 hour ride back to PA was cool and comfortable. All the dogs were happy, including my 9 pups I had dropped off in OH with a sitter on my way out. The service provided by Jerry and his team was top notch, definitely 5 star worthy.β
βWe had been considering replacing our 2104 RAV with 152,000 miles and went back to Rick Collins Toyota where we have purchased our last 3 cars. Our salesman, Zac Torres provided an exceptional experience to help us purchase a beautiful ruby red 2025 RAV! Zac made our purchase so easy and was friendly without being pushy. He spent extra time showing us all the options and features the newer RAV has. He allowed me to drive it to have my husband look at it and drive it. βHad a 2008 Hummer. Had rust on passenger doors inside bottom. Has minor rust spots on exterior of whole body. After 2 days, unreal! Looked brand new. Thank you George and staff. Awesome! Can't thank you all enough! Tony D.β

βI was driving on the highway and couldn't swerve to miss sadly hitting an already deceased animal. Immediately, there was a loud scratching sound and I knew I had dislodged something in my car. I managed to pull over and quickly looked up the closest repair shop, which happened to be Alignment Pros. Within less than fifteen minutes after my arrival, the gentleman who was working for me had removed the part that had fallen off and my car was good to go. When I offered to pay him, he said he didn't want any money (I gave him some, of course though!) What I thought was going to be an expensive emergency turned into something that was handled quickly, effectively, and with kindness. I highly recommend this place!β

βmy clutch went out on a 98 Chevy. I had replaced the master cylinder and was still not getting pedal. I was afraid it might be the slave cylinder so I called the shop on a SATURDAY morning to see about getting it in for repair.
Long story short, he talked to me about the issue, wasnβt rushed, suggested that I bleed the lines, told me where to find the bleeder valve, if that didnβt do it call back thatβd be glad to work me in monday or tuesdayβ¦β¦
It worked, my truck is fixed, and I have mad respect for this shop. Thank You!!

βCalled them late in the day. Was asked if I could bring it in that day and they'd get on it that afternoon or tomorrow. They ended up finding a few more problems with my vehicle and were able to fix it the next day. Fast and friendly folks. Prices seemed reasonable with how quick the turnaround was. Will be coming back again.β
βNeeded new tires before leaving town and with no appointment I was able to get 4 new tires installed and only had to wait about 1 hour. I was pleased to say the least!β

βIncredible experience... seems too bold to say about a small tire shop but it was great...Brandon was straight up about price and tire selection for my f-150 I brought in 6/23/26. Not only was the pricing fair but the speed of the install was great too. I handed over my keys and within minutes my truck had been pulled into the bay and lifted. They got me back on the road within an hour of getting there... HIGHLY RECOMMEND.β
βThe most honest and absolute best priced mechanic you will find. The only reason I was even able to compare prices between a K & N and other mechanics is because sometimes it can be hard to get him on the phone but when other mechanics wanted to charge $3500, Francisco (K & N) did it for 1600 with new parts. When other mechanics wanted to charge me 3,800, Francisco did it for 2050. I'm a real customer with real financial hardship, just like a lot of y'all. Francisco has been a lifesaver multiple times. Quality work, unbelievably rapid turn around time, and they take care of customers. They also speak Spanish! 10/10 would recommend.β
