“Commercial gym life has never been better. Grind has been doing lots of updates on their facilities and equipment. You don't have to go to a gym with a bunch of meatheads and big iron to get in shape and get strong ??”

“I just started about a couple days ago. I’ve only gone a couple times, but I really like the dynamic and the coach is very patient to teach how the equipment is used and how to do the exercise correctly. I recommend training with Beo!!! I look forward for my journey and weight loss!”

“My Fiance' and I LOVE coming to this gym! You're guaranteed to have a friendly greeting as you arrive & farewell as you leave. We lovingly call it the Chick Fil A of gyms. Not only is the environment so chill but the equipment is top notch & well-maintained. We speak often of how hard the staff work to maintain a standard of cleanliness. The bathrooms are frequently cleaned, floors are vacuumed & mopped & equipment sanitized. I have even watched them wipe down the steps on the stairclimbers! I am so grateful to have this place to come to after a long day at my job to release the tension from the day and have fun!”
