The lady cooking pizza last night was busy. Had a pizza lose its toppings while trying to get it out of the pan. The customers were obviously upset. She handled it better than I would have. My food came out early, and correct.

No pizza or food ready in the kitchen today, manager was in the kitchen today, there are hundreds of people coming to work at sukup that depend on that....how sad....won't stop there anymore.....workers talk about customers like we are nobody.....not a fan....needs better management...

Very disappointed... Ordered a pizza tonight and my taco pizza had hardly any toppings. No tomato or cheddar cheese on it like it's supposed too. I called and they told me I will have to wait till a manager is in the store to fix the issue. I used to work for a Casey's and I definitely won't be ordering pizza here anymore..

They didn't have the pizzas available I wanted,so I get this call and of course I had to change my pizza to something less than expected,think I got a discount or anything else for their inconvenience,and worst part they cldnt even cut it all the way thru!

I have ordered pizza from Sheffield 3 times. Only one time did I actually get the pizza I ordered. This time I was in the store and ordered the pizza for after the school football game. We went to pick it up and they had given it to someone else.! I hope you enjoyed it. Next time double check your pizza's people!
