Customer service was terrible.No one asked if I needed help as I wondered aimlessly, trying to look for M.2 SSD's .When I finally interrupted 3 employees conversation to get help, they debated on who wanted to help me.He had no idea where anything was so looked it up, and according to him and his phone, there were none.So I went and looked again for a while myself and found some in a locked cabinet. I went to find an employee to help again, and no one was anywhere to be found except one that was too busy standing in a corner next to a ladder texting.Overall everyone I talked to seemed to busy to help or do their job then proceeded to wait for 20 mins to speak to a shift leader since the manager there was the one with an attitude when I said no one was available to help because they are all standing around talking.In the end, I just left since my business clearly wasn't wanted or needed.

I have been In twice in the last week. I 1st time employees we busy talking with each other and never evan offered to to help us.Today a young lady offered to help and I think was told to help us knew nothing about any of the products we asked about. She guessed at the answers.I knew a little and she told me wrong answers for what I had already read.I had a very bad experience at the best buy in sioux city .???????

The reason why online shopping is better is because when I drive to the store and want to look at a product, I can't because the store has no stock...why even have a store then??

I bought the $179. service package with a TV purchase - now when I call the store I get an AI "person" that gives me 5 minutes of irrelevant canned information and then tells me to press numbers to ask a question - their system is not able to detect the numbers I press so after investing a ton of time they tell me to have a good day and then hang up. $179. a year and now I am unable to contact the store by phone.

Posting as a dasher - I was literally just dropping off a large pizza order. Every employee I crossed paths with greeted me in some way. Maybe they were just excited for pizza. Maybe this is completely normal. Either way it was noticed ?

Was just looking for a simple desktop turned into a very expensive complicated mess. Left empty-handed. I guess if you know what you're looking for and then that's the store for you. Didn't work out well for us.
